Blackroot Property Services is hiring Photo Documentation Technicians to assist our field crews on property preservation, moving, inspections, and restoration projects.
Your job is simple: document the work with clear, detailed photos from start to finish. You’ll work alongside a crew but your primary responsibility is taking photos—not performing heavy labor.
Responsibilities
- Take before, during, and after photos.
- Document every room, exterior, and completed task.
- Follow our simple photo checklist.
- Upload photos before the end of the day.
- Work with crew leaders to ensure complete documentation.
Requirements
- Smartphone with a quality camera.
- Reliable transportation or ability to ride with a crew.
- Dependable and on time.
- Comfortable working outdoors.
- Attention to detail.
Pay
- $150–$250+ per day depending on assignments.
- Daily pay available after completed work and photo submission.
- Independent Contractor (1099).
- Work available around your schedule.
