Auto Sales Representative / Customer Booking Specialist Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Auto Sales Representative / Customer Booking Specialist to join our mobile mechanic platform team. In this role, you will speak with customers by phone, answer inbound inquiries, follow up with leads, and help turn those leads into booked mobile auto repair jobs through our website and CRM system.
This position combines sales, customer service, phone communication, and booking coordination. You will work directly with customers and technicians to move jobs from inquiry to confirmed appointment. A key part of this role includes making three-way phone calls between the customer, the mechanic, and yourself to confirm job details, pricing, availability, and scheduling.
The right person is comfortable on the phone, confident in helping close sales, organized with follow-up, and able to guide customers through the booking process in a professional and friendly way.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls from customers looking for mobile mechanic services
- Make outbound calls and follow up with customers who submitted job requests
- Speak confidently with customers to help convert inquiries into booked jobs
- Use our mobile mechanic platform to review leads, message customers, and move jobs forward
- Contact mechanics and technicians to check availability, confirm pricing, and help coordinate bookings
- Conduct three-way phone calls with the customer, mechanic, and yourself to help confirm appointments
- Explain the booking process, service options, pricing, and next steps clearly
- Fill out forms and update customer and job information inside our CRM/platform
- Help maintain accurate notes on calls, job status, follow-up needs, and booking progress
- Assist with mechanic onboarding tasks when needed, including collecting information and moving applicants through the process
- Help keep communication smooth between customers, mechanics, dispatching, and scheduling
- Follow up consistently with leads to improve booking rates and close more jobs
Experience and Qualifications
- Previous sales, phone sales, customer service, call center, dispatching, appointment-setting, or booking experience preferred
- Strong communication and phone skills required
- Comfortable making outbound calls and answering inbound calls throughout the day
- Ability to build trust quickly and help guide customers toward booking service
- Comfortable discussing pricing, service details, and scheduling
- Basic computer skills and ability to use a website, CRM, forms, and messaging system
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask between calls, messages, forms, and follow-up tasks
- Experience in automotive, mobile mechanic, dispatching, or service-based businesses is a plus but not required
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to follow a process
- Comfortable working in a commission-based sales environment

Compensation
This position pays $2000 - $6000 per month full commission. This role is best suited for someone who is confident in sales, motivated by performance, and excited to earn based on results.
