Primary responsibilities of the Investment Sales Associate include performing valuation analysis of investment properties, analyzing financial statements, marketing, business development and database management with significant contact with clients. Excellent phone skills are required.
This position is for a business-minded, entrepreneurial person, who is excited about the prospect of learning how commercial real estate is valued, financed, transacted, and bought and sold. Candidates should:
- Have at least 2 years of full-time work experience
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in finance, marketing or a related field
- Understand cash flow analysis and financial reporting
- Be detail oriented and well organized
- Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Be personable and able to work in a sales-motivated environment
In addition, an Illinois Real Estate Sales License will be required, which may be obtained following job acceptance. Compensation is base pay plus commission, and the Associate will report directly to the Managing Principals and Managing Partners of the company.
