4 MS Hauling is seeking a hardworking and dependable Loader to join our growing operations team. In this position, you will assist with the safe handling, loading, unloading, and transportation of freight, materials, and equipment while helping maintain efficient daily operations. We are looking for someone who enjoys physical work, values safety, and works well in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Load, unload, and transport freight, materials, equipment, and other items safely and efficiently
- Organize, stack, and secure cargo to prevent damage during transportation and storage
- Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and operational guidelines
- Work closely with drivers and fellow team members to complete assignments accurately and on schedule
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
- Examine shipments for visible damage or shortages and report any issues immediately
- Use hand trucks, pallet jacks, straps, and other basic loading equipment as needed
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials throughout the workday
- Strong dependability, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
- Capable of working independently while contributing effectively to a team
- Comfortable performing physical duties outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and reliable attendance
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, moving services, freight handling, or logistics is beneficial but not required
