Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and organized Patient Care Coordinator to join our Northwest Las Vegas office. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping patients, managing office tasks, and keeping the front office running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients professionally
- Answer phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries promptly
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
- Verify insurance and process payments
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Coordinate outpatient procedures and follow-ups
- Assist with general administrative and front-desk duties
- Help manage daily patient flow
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using computers and office software

Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Saturdays (8 a.m. - 1 p.m.) are required for all staff
- Closed on major holidays
Experience:
- Customer service: 2+ years (Preferred)
- Optical/ Ophthalmology: 1+year (Preferred)
- Sales: 1+ year (Preferred)
