PRN / On-Call (with transition to permanent shifts) / Independent Contractor

About the Role
We are seeking dedicated and experienced Caregivers to join our team in a PRN pipeline capacity. As a Caregiver with our organization, you will have the unique opportunity to work in a variety of environments, ranging from private in-home care to professional facility care.
This position begins as on-call, allowing you to prove your reliability and expertise. For top performers, permanent shifts become available quickly. We are looking for adaptable professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and can thrive in diverse settings.
Schedule & Availability
Initial Status: On-call / PRN.
Advancement: Permanent shifts become available very quickly for reliable staff.
Shift Lengths: Flexible shift durations ranging from 4 to 12 hours.
Shift Times: Day, evening, and overnight shifts are available.
Requirements:Availability to work weekends and holidays is strictly required.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality, compassionate care to clients in both residential homes and healthcare facilities.
Adapt seamlessly to the varying needs and protocols of different clients and environments.
Assist with daily living activities, personal care, and specialized client needs as directed.
Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate effectively with families and facility staff.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Previous professional experience as a caregiver is strictly required.
Screening: Must pass a comprehensive drug screening.
Background Check: Applicants must successfully pass a background check. (Please note: The background check fee is the responsibility of the applicant).
Vaccination Status: Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required for placement in certain facilities.
Dress Code: Professional scrubs are required for all shifts.
Reliability: Strong track record of punctuality and dependability, especially for on-call assignments.
