Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, your main priority is bussing tables and stocking the bar
- Restock bar supplies such as bottles, mixers, garnishes, and utensils to ensure bartenders have everything needed for service.
- Assist with bussing tables and clearing empty glasses or dishes from the bar and dining areas promptly.
- Support food handling processes by assisting with basic food prep or delivery when needed, ensuring food safety protocols are followed.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address any immediate needs or issues.
- Help set up and break down the bar at the start and end of shifts, including organizing storage areas and disposing of waste properly.
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service by greeting guests when appropriate and supporting a welcoming environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key.
- Familiarity with cleaning procedures, bussing, or catering roles enhances your ability to succeed in this position.
- Strong communication skills are essential for working effectively within a fast-paced team setting.
