Birch Hill is seeking either entry-level or experienced kitchen porters to join our team.

POSITION OVERVIEW
Porters help maintain kitchen safety and sanitation, taking the lead in making sure we remain organized.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collect, stage, and clean dishes returning from service and production teams
- Responsibly operate and maintain our belt-fed high-temp dishwashing machine
- Help or lead in general organization of dishes, utensils, equipment, etc
- Assist kitchen team with food preparation and production, as needed
- Contribute to other projects and initiatives as requested
QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior experience in professional kitchens
- Familiarity with commercial dishwashing machines preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and grow within the team
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
