Sunny Skies ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical oversight for an established ABA case in the Fayetteville area.
This opportunity is ideal for a BCBA seeking a flexible, part-time role that can fit alongside an existing position or caseload. The client is supported by an experienced RBT, allowing you to focus on high-quality supervision, caregiver collaboration, treatment planning, and meaningful clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to RBTs
- Conduct assessments and ongoing skill evaluations
- Develop, update, and oversee individualized treatment plans
- Analyze data and adjust programming as needed
- Conduct caregiver training and support skill generalization
- Collaborate with families and team members to ensure high-quality care
- Ensure services are delivered in accordance with ethical and clinical best practices
Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Active North Carolina LBA
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience supervising RBTs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care
