PERFORMANCE HEAD COACH & FACILITY MANAGER
Flex Affect — Smithfield, NC
Flex Affect is expanding our leadership team, and we’re looking for a coach who can do more than coach. If you thrive in the trenches and can run the floor like a seasoned operator, you’ll fit right in.
We’re a data-driven sport performance facility training athletes ages 8–18 and competitive adults. - Coaching and leading athletic performance sessions (all athletes: adults and youth)
- Overseeing and developing coaching staff through observation and feedback
- Managing facility operations: scheduling, flow, cleanliness, readiness
- Supporting programming needs (experience with program design is a plus)
- Ensuring sessions run on-time, on-standard, and aligned with Flex Affect systems
- Leading community partnerships, events, and parent communication
- Driving the Flex Affect culture — energetic, professional, athlete-first
