Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Youth Sports Coach to inspire and develop young athletes through engaging sports programs. Duties
- Plan and execute age-appropriate sports training sessions across multiple disciplines
- Lead youth teams during practices, games, and competitions with enthusiasm and clear instruction.
- Ensure the safety of all participants by enforcing rules, supervising activities, and maintaining a secure environment.
- Foster a positive team atmosphere by encouraging good behavior, teamwork, and sportsmanship among children of diverse backgrounds.
- Teach fundamental skills related to physical education
- Manage behavior effectively through consistent discipline strategies while motivating children to achieve their personal best.
- Collaborate with parents, guardians, and program coordinators to support each child's development and address any concerns.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in sports coaching or teaching physical education to children or adolescents.
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques suitable for working with young students.
- Ability to demonstrate leadership
- Experience working with children in childcare settings or educational environments is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively teach skills and motivate young athletes across diverse age groups.
