Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tire Technician to join our dynamic automotive service team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert tire services, including installation, repair, and maintenance, ensuring our customers’ vehicles operate safely and efficiently. Your mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills will help deliver exceptional service while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Duties
- Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires using hand tools and power tools with precision and care
- Perform wheel alignments to ensure proper vehicle handling and tire longevity
- Conduct vehicle inspections to identify tire wear issues and recommend appropriate solutions
- Assist with other automotive maintenance tasks such as oil changes and basic vehicle diagnostics
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area adhering to safety standards
- Communicate effectively with customers about tire services, repairs, and recommended maintenance
- Support the sales team by explaining tire options and upselling additional automotive services when appropriate
Qualifications
- Dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred
- Proven mechanic experience with strong mechanical knowledge of vehicles
- Familiarity with automotive diagnostics and vehicle maintenance procedures
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment
- Knowledge of tire service procedures including mounting, balancing, and alignment techniques
- Ability to lift heavy tires and equipment safely during daily operations
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude toward teamwork and problem-solving

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
