Duties
- Perform patient assessments, including vital signs and health history documentation using electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Administer medications and injections accurately following prescribed protocols, including IV infusions and subcutaneous/IM injections.
- Perform phlebotomy in office using safe, hygienic, standard practices, and schedule pick-ups for lab company.
Qualifications
- Valid state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with current certification to practice in your state.
- Valid certification to perform IV insertion
- Hands-on experience with EMR/EHR systems.
- Skilled in patient assessment techniques including vital signs monitoring, specimen collection/processing, venipuncture, phlebotomy, and specimen handling.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.

Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour
