Hotel Bourre Bonne is seeking a polished and detail-oriented Server Assistant to support service operations within our upscale steakhouse restaurant. Key Responsibilities

Provide attentive, anticipatory service support to servers, ensuring guests receive a flawless dining experience
- Maintain impeccable table presentation, including setting, resetting, and detailing according to steakhouse standards
- Assist with food running, ensuring dishes are delivered promptly, accurately, and with proper presentation
- Monitor tables to ensure water service, clearing, and table maintenance are executed discreetly and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen, and leadership to ensure timely and coordinated service flow
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and back-of-house areas
- Support opening and closing duties, including polishing glassware, flatware, and staging service areas
- Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards in alignment with luxury hospitality expectations
- Demonstrate strong awareness of guest needs, stepping in proactively to enhance the overall experience
- Assist in creating a refined, welcoming atmosphere aligned with the steakhouse’s brand and ambiance
- Prior experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment preferred
- Strong understanding of service etiquette and dining standards, particularly within a steakhouse setting
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
