Complaint Lifecycle: Enter, track, and receive internal and external complaints; facilitate resolution through root cause analysis.

Audits & Documentation: Conduct process audits; manage and control safety, training, and quality documentation.

Non-Conformance Control: Administer supplier defects and returns; coordinate sorting and rework.

Performance & Actions: Maintain weekly KPIs; ensure compliance with Corrective Action Reports (CAR); author and manage Preventive Action Reports (PAR).

Safety Leadership: Lead the DC Safety Committee; deliver 7‑minute safety training to all DC employees; complete safety and incident reports.
