What You’ll Be Doing (a.k.a. The Fun Stuff!)
- Assisting in classrooms filled with adorable tiny humans (6 months - 3 years old).
- Supporting the lead teacher in creating engaging activities that spark curiosity and joy.
- Singing off-key but with enthusiasm (it’s all about the confidence!).
- Wiping everything—noses, hands, and sometimes even walls (don’t ask).
- Ensuring a safe, clean, and happy space where kids can grow, explore, and thrive.
- Keeping parents in the loop with updates about their little ones’ big adventures.
- Constantly learning, laughing, and making a real impact in a child’s life.
What You Bring to the Table (Besides Snacks & Smiles)
- CDA Credential (required) – If you don’t have one yet, we’ll help you get there!
- Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred, but enthusiasm and a sweet heart is a must!).
- 1+ years of experience working with infants and toddlers (or just a lifetime of being everyone’s favorite babysitter).
- CPR & First Aid Certification (so you can handle everything from boo-boos to spilled juice emergencies).
- Bilingual? Awesome! Not required, but extra gold stars if you are!
- A great sense of humor—because kids are hilarious, and you’ll need to keep up!
