Service Advisor: Must Have Commission Sales Experience
Most shops hire order takers.
We're looking for someone who knows how to build trust, communicate value, and help customers make confident decisions.
You don't have to come from the automotive industry.
If you've been successful selling cell phone plans, gym memberships, roofing, windows, insurance, HVAC, furniture, electronics, cars, or anything else where your income depended on your performance, we want to talk.
We'll teach you the automotive side.
If you already have a technician background, even better.

What You'll Do
- Build trust with customers from the moment they walk in
- Explain vehicle repairs in a way customers understand
- Present repair recommendations confidently and honestly
- Work closely with technicians throughout the repair process
- Keep customers informed from start to finish
- Help create an exceptional customer experience
What We're Looking ForRequired
- At least 1 year of commission-based sales experience
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable asking for the sale
- Positive attitude
- Competitive mindset

- Reliable and dependable
