We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who brings HVAC understanding and a can-do attitude to every customer interaction — whether it's in person, over the phone, or behind the scenes coordinating a job from start to finish.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone, providing expert guidance and friendly service
- Take and process customer orders with accuracy, care, and attention to detail
- Use your HVAC knowledge to help customers make informed decisions and solve problems efficiently
- Coordinate with warehouse and office staff to ensure smooth service delivery
- Keep things organized and upbeat, even in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For:
- HVAC experience or knowledge (either hands-on or technical understanding)
- A warm, outgoing personality and strong communication skills
- Confidence in taking orders and providing solutions both face-to-face and by phone
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and ready to go the extra mile for the customer
