Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Engage in daily kitchen operations, including inventory management and ordering supplies.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during catering events and banquets.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation in all dishes served.
- Ensure proper food handling techniques are followed to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
- Participate in special events, catering functions, and fine dining experiences as needed.
- Familiarity with knife and prep techniques preferred.
