We are a growing construction team seeking a reliable, hardworking Construction Labourer with site experience who is eager to develop their skills and grow into a skilled carpenter. Job Title: Construction Laborer / Carpenter Apprentice
Location: Greater Greer/Greenville and Upstate Area
Type: 3/4 to Full-Time (flexible scheduling based on project needs)
Reports to: Lead Carpenter / Site Supervisor
What You’ll Do
- Assist with all aspects of residential construction projects, including site preparation, material handling, and cleanup.
- Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials safely and efficiently.
- Maintain clean and organized job sites to ensure safety and productivity.
- Work alongside experienced carpenters, learning framing, finishing, and other carpentry techniques through hands-on mentorship.
- Operate and maintain basic hand and power tools under guidance.
- Follow safety protocols and contribute to a positive, safety-first work environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience on construction sites is strongly preferred — you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced building environment.
- Basic knowledge of common tools, materials, and building practices.
- Strong physical fitness and the ability to handle lifting, carrying, and manual labor tasks.
- Reliable transportation (must have your own vehicle and a valid driver’s license).
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- Eagerness to be mentored and grow into a full carpenter role over time.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a team-player mindset.
