About the Role
The Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) is the heart of our patient experience team. This position operates in a fast-paced call center setting, serving as the point of contact for both IVF clinics and patients. You’ll ensure patients receive their fertility medications accurately, on time, and with compassion.

What You’ll Do

Ensure timely delivery and accurate billing of patient medication orders.

Demonstrate empathy and professionalism in all communications (phone, email, etc.).

Work collaboratively with internal departments to resolve issues efficiently.

Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
What We’re Looking For

Strong customer service or call center experience (healthcare background a plus but not required!)

Basic computer skills (Word, Excel) and ability to type 45+ WPM

Reliable attendance and commitment to working full-time, on-site (Monday–Friday, plus rotating weekends)

Training & Growth
We provide structured training and ongoing support — you will learn medications, workflows, and best practices step-by-step.
You will rotate through several departments, including our Front Pharmacy Clerk, Operators, and the Shipping Department, before being paired with one of our Lead Patient Care Coordinators. This training path is designed to help you understand how each part of the pharmacy works and how patient orders move through the process.
This training process builds your confidence in the Patient Care Coordinator role and helps you understand not just what we do, but why we do it. You will have continuous guidance, feedback, and support along the way.
