Craving Kernels Gourmet Popcorn & Sweet Shoppe is looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Shift Lead to join our growing team! This is a hands-on role where you'll help create a fun, welcoming experience for our customers while keeping the store running smoothly. Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, enthusiastic customer service.
- Help oversee daily store operations and keep things running smoothly during your shift.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Support and encourage fellow team members.
- Prepare, stock, and display products to company standards.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and well stocked.
- Operate the POS system and accurately handle cash and card transactions.
- Answer customer questions and resolve concerns with a positive attitude.
- Assist with inventory, restocking, and general store tasks.
- Jump in wherever needed to help the team succeed.

Pay: $11.00 - $18.00 per hour
