About the Position
We are currently hiring a DBT-Trained Therapist to join our Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). This role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about evidence-based, skills-focused treatment and enjoy working within a comprehensive DBT model to support adults.
We are currently hiring for both a virtual DBT IOP therapist and an in-person evening IOP therapist (Exton, PA). Please specify in the screening questions which position(s) you are intersted in.
Virtual (must be located in PA): In this role, you will facilitate DBT groups for adults (18+) three days per week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.). You will also provide weekly individual DBT therapy sessions one day per week for each group member, with sessions typically occurring on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Evening DBT IOP (Exton, PA): In this role, you will facilitate DBT groups for adults (18+) three days per week (Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 5:30 p.m. to 7:45 p.m.). You will also provide weekly individual DBT therapy sessions one day per week for each group member, with sessions typically occurring on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Consultation Responsibilities
- Maintain availability to complete three IOP-related consultations per week
- Participate in additional consultation services as appropriate
Additional Clinical Responsibilities
- Licensed clinicians (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) will maintain a small outpatient caseload of approximately ten sessions per week
- Provide coverage for IOP/PHP groups within your given radius
What You Bring
- Completion of formal DBT training
- Experience facilitating groups and integrating evidence-based treatment approaches into care
- Working knowledge of treatment planning, progress notes, clinical documentation, and related recordkeeping requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health field
- Current mental health license or active pursuit of licensure

- Pay range: $74,000 to $100,000 + bonus opportunities
