Job Summary
DTS is hiring an experienced Operations Manager for our Denver profit center overseeing our cold storage warehouse, cross-dock activities, and temperature-controlled local pickup and delivery operations. This role manages daily operations, tracks performance metrics, handles budgeting, and drives local sales and customer growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations: Oversee cold storage, cross-docking, and local temperature-controlled pickup and delivery.
- Performance & Finance: Track KPIs and manage the location's budget. Responsible for the profit of the operation.
- Growth: Manage local sales efforts through new and existing customer base to expand Denver operations.
Qualifications & Compensation
- Experience: 5 years in inventory, warehouse management, cross dock, SQF qualifications, and Datex Footprint, or similar WMS is preferred.
- Salary: $80,000 - $105,000 (depending on experience) plus monthly profit-sharing.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
