Position Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for leading, planning, and executing projects from initiation through completion while ensuring alignment with organization goals. This role oversees project scope, schedules, budgets, and resources, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results. The Project Manager serves as the primary contact for stakeholders, manages
project risks and ensures all deliverables meet established standards and expectations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional projects from planning through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer requirements are met.
- Develop project charters, work breakdown structures, schedules, milestones, resource plans, budgets, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Operations, Purchasing, Sales and other departments to execute project plans effectively.
- Facilitate project meetings, assign action items, documents decisions, and follow up on commitments and due dates.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external communication on project status, priorities, risks, and key decisions.
- Review customer contracts and technical requirements, translating them into measurable project objectives.
- Manage project scope and changes through documented impact analysis, approvals, and proper configuration or revision control processes.
- Prepare and present project status reports and updates to leadership.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Drive issue resolution, corrective actions, lessons learned, project closeout activities, and continuous improvement of project management processes.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience managing engineering or manufacturing projects required.
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
- Proven experience developing project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred.
- Experience working in engineering, manufacturing, product development, or technical environments
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the workday.
- Ability to lift, carry, or move materials up to 10 - 25 lbs as needed.
- Ability to work in a warehouse/production environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
- Ability to work in an office environment and occasionally in manufacturing, engineering, or production areas as needed.
- Ability to use a computer, keyboard, and other office equipment for extended periods.
- Visual and auditory ability to review technical documents, participate in meetings, and communicate effectively with team members and customers.
- May be exposed to varying temperatures, noise levels, and moving equipment.
- Work is performed primarily in a professional office setting with regular collaboration across engineering, operations, quality, and other departments.
- May require periodic presence in manufacturing, production, or testing areas
- Role may involve managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Requires the ability to work safely and follow all company safety guidelines
