Job Summary
Staff Associate I wanted with an interest in data management and neuroimage processing in the context of cognitive aging. This position will provide experience in advanced neuroimaging analysis on modalities including Diffusion MRI (DTI), high-resolution structural images, resting BOLD fMRI, FLAIR, and tau and amyloid PET. The position will also involve processing of non-imaging data such as behavioral task data, neuropsychological test data, genetics, and lifestyle information. This position is ideal for anyone considering future graduate study in cognitive neuroscience, biomedical engineering, and related fields.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
- Importing, reconstructing, and quality checking neuroimaging data.
- Editing and writing bash and Python scripts to batch process MRI data using software such as FSL, FreeSurfer, SPM, and MRtrix.
- Performing statistical image analyses using neuroimaging software, Matlab, Bash, and Python.
- Data management of non-imaging data
