Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new business through strategic outside sales efforts, including cold calling, networking, and community engagement
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate clients on our home service offerings, emphasizing value and benefits
- Manage a designated territory by developing comprehensive plans for lead generation, account management, and territory growth
- Build strong relationships with clients through personalized communication, tailored solutions, and exceptional customer service
- Negotiate contracts and close sales efficiently while ensuring customer needs are fully met
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that increase brand awareness and generate new leads
Experience
- Proven success in outside sales or B2B sales within the home services or technology sectors
- Demonstrated ability in management or business development roles with a focus on territory management and account growth
- Strong skills in negotiation, lead generation, and customer relationship management (CRM software experience preferred)
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling product demos and upsell effectively
- Familiarity with inside sales techniques such as cold calling and direct sales approaches
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities for expansion

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
