Job Overview
Buzzed Bull Creamery isn’t your average ice cream shop — we use liquid nitrogen to handcraft each small batch ice cream and milkshake right in front of our guests. Some creations are “buzzed” (infused with alcohol), others are family-friendly (non-alcoholic), but every one of them is made with energy, creativity, and fun! We’re located in the heart of downtown Mobile and open late on weekends — making us the go-to dessert spot after dinner or a night out.
What you’ll do
- Craft delicious ice cream creations and beverages that delight our customers
- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests and addressing their needs
- Operate Clover POS system efficiently for order processing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the creamery, adhering to food safety standards
- Assist in food preparation and handling to ensure quality and freshness
- Manage cash handling accurately during transactions, including basic math calculations
- Collaborate with team members to come up with cool new flavors for our customers to enjoy (possibilities are endless)
- Stay knowledgeable about menu items to effectively upsell and enhance sales
- Have fun while making people smile
Basic qualifications
- Previous experience in a food service role is preferred
- MUST have ServSafe Food Handlers certification
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively
- Must be 21 to serve alcohol, per Alabama State Law
Preferred qualifications
- Familiarity with Clover POS
- Retail math knowledge
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Basic understanding of food safety regulations and practices
