Pay: $25.00 per hour
Shift: Midshift during training, with transition to 1st shift
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Compounder to join our manufacturing team. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment and takes pride in quality, safety, and teamwork. You’ll support compounding operations, work with both liquid and powder batches, and have opportunities to grow your skills across multiple areas of production.

Obtain production samples for Quality Assurance testing

Fill drums with finished product and ensure proper labeling

Prepare powder batches for filling and blending

Blend both liquid and powder batches according to specifications

Perform CIP (pig) line cleaning as required

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe compounding area

Step in to assist or cover for the Compounder as needed

Operate machinery and support Machine Operator duties when required

Follow all safety protocols and work in compliance with equipment requirements and Gold Eagle policies

Complete additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned
