Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Concrete Polishing / Coatings Installer to join our team. This position is responsible for assisting with surface preparation, concrete polishing, resinous floor coating installations, concrete repairs, and general jobsite tasks. The ideal candidate is motivated, safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and willing to work as part of a team to deliver high-quality flooring systems for commercial and industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform surface preparation including grinding, shot blasting, scraping, cleaning, and vacuuming
- Assist with concrete polishing processes, including multiple grinding and polishing steps
- Install resinous flooring systems such as epoxy, urethane, and decorative flake systems
- Assist with crack repair, joint filling, patching, and surface repairs
- Mix and apply flooring materials according to manufacturer specifications and company standards
- Mask and protect walls, equipment, and adjacent surfaces before installation
- Operate and maintain hand tools, grinders, vacuums, mixers, and other specialty equipment
- Load, unload, and organize tools, materials, and equipment for each project
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite
- Follow company safety policies, OSHA requirements, and proper PPE procedures
- Work efficiently with crew members to meet production goals and project schedules
- Communicate jobsite conditions, material needs, and any issues to supervisors
- Travel to jobsites as required
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in concrete polishing, floor coatings, construction, or a related trade preferred
- Willingness to learn specialized flooring installation methods
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Ability to travel and work occasional overtime or overnight jobs when needed
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to work in industrial, commercial, and construction environments
- Ability to wear required PPE including respirators, safety glasses, gloves, and knee protection
Work Environment:
This position works in active construction, commercial, and industrial settings. Work may involve dust, noise, heavy equipment, and varying temperatures. Employees must follow all safety procedures and maintain professional conduct on all jobsites.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
