Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
- Explain repair procedures, estimate costs using estimating software, and communicate timelines clearly
- Upsell additional services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake repairs, alignments, suspension work, and more to maximize customer satisfaction and dealership revenue
- Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of services
- Maintain detailed service records and write accurate service reports for each vehicle
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding vehicle diagnostics, repair progress, and final inspections
- Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and manage service write-ups efficiently
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a similar auto service management role; dealership experience is highly preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in automotive diagnostics, transmissions, diesel engine repair, collision repair, air brake systems, shocks & struts, and other key automotive systems
- Experience using estimating software and computer-aided vehicle damage estimating tools
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients
- Knowledge of automotive repair procedures including oil changes, tire service, wheel alignments, suspension work, brake repair, and auto body repairs
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to drive various vehicle types including trucks with air brakes or diesel engines
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism

Pay: $64,955.30 - $100,000.00 per year
