As a Reservations Agent at a Forbes Five-Star property, you are often the first point of contact for our guests and play a critical role in shaping their initial impression. This role requires a highly polished communicator who can seamlessly manage both transient room reservations and food & beverage bookings.
Handle inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries for transient room reservations (leisure, consortia, and business travel) & restaurant and special event dining reservations
Demonstrate expert knowledge of room types, rates, packages, and availability/restaurant concepts, menus, hours, and special events/general hotel facilities and offerings
