An associate degree in related field and (3) three years of professional experience in either a Clerk of Court, Regulatory or Law Office environment.

Able to work in a team environment where all clerk’s office staff can back up each other and perform their duties if needed.

Ability to communicate effectively with excellent verbal and written skills.

Knowledge of modern office practice, procedures and operation of standard office equipment.

Must have strong editing and proofreading skills and have excellent multitasking ability.

Must be able to work in a team environment with capacity to adapt with an ever-changing regulatory environment.

Must be willing to lend a hand to any PSC staff member if needed.

Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Windows, and ability to quickly learn web-based programs and databases.

Well organized and able to independently coordinate diverse functions and duties.
