Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee front-of-house and bar operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environments and can support the development and implementation of SOPs to maintain consistency across all service areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all front-of-house and bar operations during service
- Deliver a high-level guest experience, ensuring service is polished, efficient, and engaging
- Support the development and implementation of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for front-of-house and bar operations, ensuring staff adherence and consistency
- Hire, Train, coach, and develop front-of-house and bar staff to meet elevated service standards
- Manage reservations, VIP guests, and special events with attention to detail
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally and promptly
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen to ensure smooth service flow
- Create and manage staff schedules while controlling labor costs
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall ambiance standards
- Support marketing efforts, events, and in-house promotions
- Oversee bar inventory, drink menu execution, and staff training
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management (upscale or high-volume preferred)
- Experience in bar management required, including staff supervision and inventory control
- Experience supporting SOP development and implementation in front-of-house or bar operations
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and manage teams
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Fluent in English required; Spanish is a plus
- Ability to manage high-pressure, fast-paced service environments
- Knowledge of POS systems (Toast POS preferred)
- Familiarity with social media trends and guest engagement is a plus
- Must be available to work 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM, including nights and weekends

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
