A farm-to-table American diner in Airway Heights, WA is seeking a part-time dishwasher who can work 2-3 days Monday-Friday (9AM-3PM). Compensation includes an hourly wage as well as tips.
We’re looking for a dishwasher who moves at the speed of light but still notices when that one stubborn speck of sauce is trying to hide. Someone who can keep the dish pit flowing like a well-oiled machine while bouncing from task to task without breaking stride.
The ideal candidate manages their own workflow, stays organized in the chaos, and can jump in wherever needed. In this role, you’re not just washing dishes—you’re the behind-the-scenes superhero who keeps both the Front of House and Back of House running smoothly. No clean plates? No service. It’s that simple.

Role Responsibilities:
- Manage the dish station to ensure dishes and tools are washed and sorted in a timely manner
- Ensure food items are prepared in accordance with quality and safety standards
- Support servers with clearing tables
- Partner with wider team to ensure cleaning processes are executed as efficiently as possible
- Maintain sanitation and safety standards
- Stand and lift heavy items for extended periods
