Overview
We're looking for an outgoing, energetic Front Desk & Membership Sales Coordinator to be the face of Tesoro Life. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where no two days look the same. You'll run the front desk, keep the clinic running smoothly, and — most importantly — build real relationships with our clients. Responsibilities
- Welcome every client with warmth and energy, and be the friendly first point of contact at the front desk
- Manage scheduling, appointments, and the daily flow of the clinic
- Handle client outreach — follow-ups, check-ins, re-engagement, and keeping our community connected
- Give clients tours of the facility and introduce them to our services and spaces
- Get to know clients, understand their goals, spot what's missing from their routine, and connect them with the right programs and solutions
- Keep the clinic spotless — cleaning, stocking, and maintaining a polished, professional environment
- Run opening and closing procedures reliably and independently
- Support the clinical team and jump in wherever needed to keep things moving
Qualifications
- Outgoing and engaging — you light up a room and genuinely enjoy talking to people
- Energetic and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic
- Sales-minded — comfortable listening to clients, uncovering needs, and confidently recommending programs and solutions
- A team player who takes initiative
- Reliable, organized, and task oriented
- Passionate about health, fitness, and wellness
Preferred
- Sales experience (retail, membership, fitness, hospitality, or similar)
- An athletic background and a love of the gym
- Familiarity with peptides, amino acid supplements, nutrition, or biohacking
- Experience in a clinic, medspa, gym, or wellness setting
