What You'll Earn
- $26-$36 per hour based on your experience and skill level

What You'll Do
- Operate pump trucks independently with full responsibility for your daily operations
- Perform septic pump-outs safely, efficiently, and professionally, which requires using a shovel to dig, dragging and coupling heavy hoses, and diagnosing septic system failures and other physical labor.
- Manage job flow, scheduling, and on-site customer interactions
- Deliver exceptional service that solves real problems for homeowners
- Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with all safety regulations

What You Need
- Valid CDL (Class B minimum) — Required
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
