Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented HR / Driver Onboarding Specialist to join our team. In this vital role, you will drive the onboarding process for new drivers and support human resources functions that ensure smooth integration of personnel into our organization. Your proactive approach will help maintain our high standards of safety, compliance, and employee engagement while streamlining onboarding workflows.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet new drivers arriving at the terminal
- Conduct driver onboarding and orientation process
- Assist with new hire paperwork and documentation
- Coordinate and monitor drug testing and pre-employment requirements
- Ensure driver qualification files are complete and compliant
- Assist with onboarding training and company procedures
- Coordinate communication between drivers, safety, and operations teams
- Maintain onboarding records and HR-related documentation
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Assist with front desk and office administration duties
- Welcome visitors and assist with office operations
- Support management with various administrative tasks as needed
- Assist with employee communication and general office organization
Requirements:
- English required
- HR, recruiting, onboarding, or office administration experience preferred
- Trucking industry experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Professional appearance and customer service mindset
- Ability to multitask and work independently
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
This position will play a key role in creating a positive first impression for new drivers and ensuring a smooth, professional onboarding experience at our Atlanta terminal.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
