Since 2018 we've offered positions where we let our supers choose what projects they work, where they work and decide when they take time off. With Supers On Demand, you're in charge of your career as an independent contractor superintendent. Our supers work directly for our network of GC clients as independent supers. We DO NOT micro-manage our supers, our supers run their projects based on their professional experience along with the assistance and guidance of the PM of our GC's.
We have a need for upscale and high-end experienced retail construction supers currently. Please do not apply unless you have documented experience in the upscale retail construction arena.
REQUIREMENTS: We have a VERY STRICT minimum of at least 10 years of documented experience as a commercial superintendent, strong interviewing ability, above average communications skills, ability to promptly and clearly communicate with project managers, owners and owner's reps via email, text, phone or in person.
ProCore experience preferred, OSHA 10 minimum but OSHA 30 preferred.
