Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service throughout their visit
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, payments, and cash handling
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling regulations
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently using strong time management skills
- Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages as needed to ensure smooth service flow
- Support nightclub or banquet events by serving drinks promptly and professionally in high-energy settings
Experience
- Previous experience working as a bartender or bar server in a fast-paced hospitality environment is preferred
- Dining experience or familiarity with restaurant service standards is a plus
- Knowledge of food industry safety protocols, including food safety and food handling practices
- Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable
- Strong skills in sales, upselling beverages, and customer engagement are essential
- Experience working in nightclubs or catering environments enhances your ability to thrive under lively conditions
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math for inventory management, and accurate billing are required
