Full job description:
Cycle Sport is seeking a full-time experienced bicycle sales person to work in our Scotts Valley and San Mateo stores.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and product recommendations
- Educate customers on bicycles, components, accessories, and apparel
- Complete opening and closing procedures
- Accurately handle cash and process sales transactions
- Answer phones and assist customers with questions
- Receive, stock, and merchandise inventory
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor
- Work collaboratively with teammates to support daily store operations
Qualifications
- Cash handling experience required
- Friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of bicycles and cycling products, or the ability to learn quickly
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Weekend availability

Individuals with prior bike shop experience preferred and retail sales is required for this position, however we are willing to train the right person.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17 - $25 an hour based on experience
