Senior Project Manager
We're looking to hire a Sr. Project Manager with experience managing electrical construction projects, along with experience working on hospitals, data centers, manufacturing facilities, or industrial environments projects.
As a Senior Project Manager, you'll lead the charge in executing projects that don't just meet expectations but redefine them, delivering exceptional results for our clients and spearheading innovation across the electrical construction landscape.
You will report directly to our Regional Manager, leading a dynamic team of project managers, assistant project managers, and site supervisors. Supported by the latest project management tools and a substantial operational budget, you'll navigate complex projects within a booming industry.
Performance Objectives
- Oversee and execute the successful completion of electrical construction projects on time and within budget by defining clear project objectives and strategic plans.
- Lead a dedicated team of project professionals and foster a collaborative environment that drives project efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Elevate project profitability by expertly managing all financial aspects and conducting rigorous cost control analysis.
- Cultivate strong client relationships through effective communication, resulting in repeat business opportunities and long-term partnerships.
- Implement innovative problem-solving strategies resulting in improved project workflows and delivery times.
- Enhance the company’s reputation by ensuring all safety, quality, and regulatory standards are met or exceeded in each project. Continuously develop team members by providing mentorship and training, fostering a culture of personal and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience managing significant electrical construction projects.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop high-performance teams.
- Deep understanding of project financials, risk management, and contract administration.
- Strong proficiency in project management software and tools, including Oracle and Accubid.
Pay: $145,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
