We are a growing youth basketball organization focused on building confident, disciplined, and positive young athletes. Our mission is to inspire kids and develop leaders within our community.
Position Overview
No advanced basketball experience is required — basic knowledge or even very little is perfectly fine. We provide all basketball-related materials, practice plans, and guidance before each practice, so you always feel prepared.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being around kids, wants to make a positive impact, and is willing to learn.
Responsibilities
- Lead practices using pre-planned drills and activities
- Create a fun, safe, and encouraging environment
- Be a positive role model for young athletes
- Support player development and sportsmanship
Ideal Candidate
- Enjoys working with children (ages 5–18)
- Willing to learn and follow structured practice plans
- Positive, patient, and energetic
- Responsible, reliable, and consistent
- Driven to grow within the organization and become a community leader
