Key Qualifications:
- Active South Carolina Physical Therapist (PT) license required
- Previous experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
- Capability to manage a diverse caseload across multiple campuses
- Strong communication skills and collaborative approach
- Comfort working with children and adolescents from diverse backgrounds
- Reliable transportation to travel between sites
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized physical therapy interventions for K-12 students
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports for each student
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families to ensure continuity of care
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights
- Travel between assigned school sites as part of your daily schedule
