2022 Seasonal Maintenance and Groundskeeping – World Wide Technology Raceway
World Wide Technology Raceway is looking for a variety of positions in the Maintenance and
Groundskeeping department for individuals passionate and prepared to work in a fast-paced
motorsports environment. Although, these will be your primary responsibilities you may also be asked
to help in other departments when needed to prepare for racing events.
Schedule / Compensation:
These positions may work up to 40 hours per week and must be available to work staggered schedule
times, including nights, weekends and holidays. Weekends will be a requirement during the peak
season.
These seasonal positions will be paid an hourly wage. Season runs March through early-November.
Current Openings
- Restroom Attendant: Willing to do the less pleasurable jobs when needed. Person should
be self-motivated and willing to work weekends during events when needed. General
cleaning will be a weekly roll. This position may be scheduled up to 40 hours a week and
pay will be discussed based on experience.
- Experienced Electrician/Plumber: Seeking self-motivation knowledgeable individual
experienced with or the will to learn 3 phase electric and general plumbing with the ability
to complete projects in a timely manner. Also willing to help other departments in the
maintenance group when projects are caught up.
- Facilities and Groundskeeping: Looking for motivated, self-driven workers to perform
tasks such as weed-eating, fence repair, lifting and moving materials—bike rack and various
materials around the track. Needs to work well with others and have a positive attitude. Pay
will be determined and discussed on experience. This is a 40 hour a week position with the
likely event of some weekends during major events.
