We're looking for a reliable, motivated Floor Manager to join our leadership team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced restaurant, thrives during busy nights, and leads by example. If you have experience in hospitality, nightlife, or events and enjoy developing teams while creating a great guest experience, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Lead evening floor operations in a high-volume restaurant and nightlife environment
- Support and coach front-of-house and back-of-house team members throughout service
- Ensure exceptional guest service while maintaining quality and operational standards
- Assist with staffing, shift execution, and daily operations
- Handle guest concerns professionally and effectively
- Help execute events, entertainment, and special promotions
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and a positive team culture
- Work closely with the General Manager and Bar Manager to improve operations, drive business growth, and elevate the guest experience
Qualifications
- 3+ years of restaurant management or floor management experience
- Nightlife, bar, entertainment, or event experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to stay organized and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for hospitality and guest experience
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mentality
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
