What You'll Do
As a Residential Cleaning Technician, you will help provide high-quality cleaning services in our clients' homes while following the PUMAS Cleaning LLC cleaning system.
Responsibilities include:
- Follow our step-by-step cleaning procedures and checklists
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and detail clean assigned areas
- Follow the correct cleaning methods for different surfaces and materials
- Use cleaning products and equipment safely and correctly
- Complete approved add-on services when assigned
- Review client notes and special instructions before each cleaning
- Complete a final walkthrough to ensure quality before leaving
- Report any damage, concerns, or unusual situations
- Take required job photos when applicable
- Leave the completed client cleaning checklist
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude at every job
Schedule & Hours
- Approximately 8 hours per week to start
- Primarily one day per week
- Flexible scheduling
- Hours may increase as the business grows
- Schedule may vary depending on client appointments
This position is ideal for someone who wants part-time, flexible work without committing to a large number of weekly hours.
Requirements
- Must have a reliable personal vehicle
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have active auto insurance
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to travel to clients' homes within the assigned service area
- Comfortable working in residential homes
- Able to follow detailed instructions and checklists
- Good communication skills
- Able to perform physical cleaning tasks, including standing, bending, reaching, vacuuming, and mopping
- Comfortable working independently after training
- Willingness to learn and follow PUMAS Cleaning LLC standards
