Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems

Perform preventative maintenance and service calls

Complete system repairs, component replacements, and minor installations

Use ServiceTitan for work orders, scheduling, and documentation

Educate customers on system performance and service recommendations

Ensure compliance with EPA standards and safety regulations

Maintain accurate service records

2+ years experience as an HVAC Service Technician / HVAC Tech

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills (heating, cooling, ventilation)

EPA Certification (Required)

Valid driver’s license with clean record

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently

Willingness to participate in rotating weekend schedule

$25–$32/hour + commission opportunities

Total earning potential: $80K–$100K+ annually
