This part-time BCBA role is designed for flexibility. As a BCBA on our team, you’ll have the autonomy to manage your time while still being supported and connected.
What You’ll Do
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans as a BCBA
Incorporate ACT-informed, values-based strategies into your work as a BCBA
Design play-based programming using Natural Environment Teaching (NET)
Supervise and mentor RBTs to ensure high-quality implementation under your guidance as a BCBA
Collaborate with families and care teams
Monitor progress through both data and meaningful client outcomes
What You Bring
BCBA certification
Maryland licensure or eligibility
Master’s degree in a related field
Experience working with children with autism or developmental differences
Strong clinical and communication skills expected of a BCBA
