Compensation: $55,000 to $60,000 Base Salary + approximately $12,000 Performance Commission

Position Summary:
We are seeking an analytical, highly articulate, and technically minded individual to join our team in Livonia, Michigan. In this on-site role, you will lead our front-end outbound lead generation engine while providing daily operational and administrative support to the President of SensComp. Your core mission is to use advanced digital research and AI tools to identify, map, and contact high-value target accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research & Outbound Prospecting: Use LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and industrial directories to uncover key technical decision-makers (Controls Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Design Engineers, Automation Specialists).
- AI-Driven Outreach: Leverage AI platforms to efficiently summarize target accounts and craft highly personalized introductory emails introducing SensComp’s technology, and set up meetings with accounts and SensComp's Engineering Team
- Data & Inventory Tracking: Maintain meticulous outreach records in Microsoft Excel and interface with our ERP and CRM database to align outreach data with operations.
- Executive Support: Work directly alongside the President to manage scheduling, organize research briefs prior to high-level stakeholder meetings, and execute special administrative projects.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Technical Product Literacy: 1–2 years of experience working with technical, industrial, electronic component, or engineering products.
- Advanced Computer Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, formulas, clean data entry) and professional networking platforms (LinkedIn).
- Database & ERP Experience: Hands-on experience navigating and managing workflows inside an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system or complex database.
- AI Tool Fluency: Practical experience utilizing generative AI tools to accelerate copy drafting, research, or data filtering.
- Superb Communication: Flawless written and verbal English to compose highly professional, targeted emails to busy B2B engineering professionals. Analytical Mindset: A natural curiosity to reverse-engineer company hierarchies and identify target buying teams.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
